Element's Enduro Gatekeeper is a ready-to-run 1/10 four-wheel-drive rock crawler buggy with a Reedy Crawler 550 14T brushed motor and a Reedy SC480X speed control.
An 18T pinion drives an 87T spur into the Stealth X gearbox, which turns the front axle slightly faster than the rear, so there's no single overall ratio; the notes on this sheet give the front and rear totals. It rolls on tires of about 118 mm with 12 mm hexes on a 325 mm wheelbase, and it takes up to a 3S pack through a T-Plug. The pinion is 48P on a 3.15 mm motor shaft, so match both if you order a different tooth count.

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft (3.15 mm on the stock motor). Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.
How these numbers were settled
Element's spec table prints 'Internal Gear Ratio: varies' because the Stealth X gearbox turns the front and rear axles at different speeds, so the transmission and axle ratio and the final drive are left blank.
- The manual names an 18T 48P pinion (#1336) and an 87T 48P spur (#9654), a fixed 20T-28T-52T front train with the 27T-53T rear pair fitted (5.7% front overdrive), and 30T/8T ring and pinion gears in both axles.
- Worked out from those tooth counts, the total reduction is about 47.1:1 at the front and 49.8:1 at the rear; the included 26T-54T rear pair (11.83% overdrive) gives about 52.7:1 at the rear.
- The manual linked for this RTR is written as the kit build, so its gearbox step marks the pinion, motor and ESC 'Not Included', although the truck is sold ready to run with them fitted.
- The 1.9 x 4.65 in General Grabber X3 tire (#42106) size comes from the manual's parts list.
- Reedy says its Crawler 550 14T 5-slot motor is the one fitted to the Gatekeeper RTR; it is brushed, so KV does not apply, and Reedy's sheet gives a 3.15 mm shaft.
- Element calls for a 2-cell or 3-cell LiPo for the Reedy SC480X ESC.
- The LiPo Combo (40111C) is the same truck with a Reedy 2S LiPo and charger.
