Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled
Nitro kit; the 21 class engine and the tires are sold separately.
- Kyosho's Technical Data gives 'Gear Ratio 12.1:1'.
- Its gear set matches the MP10 TKI2: a 13T clutch bell, a 45T spur (IFW634-45S), and a 42T ring gear with a 12T drive bevel, so 45/13 x 42/12 = 12.12.
- The tire size is left blank.
- Kyosho's own spare-parts list for this kit is the source of the tooth counts.
