Kyosho Inferno NEO 4.0

Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.

How these numbers were settled

Ready-to-run nitro version of the NEO 4.0 (September 2026), so KV and cell rating do not apply.

• Kyosho's Technical Data gives 'Gear Ratio 11.70：1' and 'Tire (F/R) φ116×44mm／φ116×44mm'.
• The spare parts list names a 13T one-piece clutch bell (97035LW-13, sold as 97035LW-13B), the IF148B 46T spur, and the IF106 43T bevel gear with the IF21B 13T drive bevel.
• Those tooth counts give 46/13 x 43/13 = 11.70, matching the printed total, so the ratio after the spur is 3.308.
• The Technical Data names the engine as the KE21SP, while the description and the spare parts list name the KE21V (74035).
• Colour type 2 differs only in body colour.
