Kyosho Inferno MP10

Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

Nitro kit; the 21 class engine and the tires are sold separately.

• Kyosho's Technical Data gives 'Gear Ratio 11.7: 1'.
• Kyosho's spare-parts list names the 13T one-piece clutch bell (97035LW-13), the 46T spur (IF410-46B, 'Spur Gear (46T / MP9)'), and the 43T ring gear with a 13T drive bevel (IF406-43, IF407-13), which is 3.3077 after the spur. 46/13 x 3.3077 = 11.70, matching the published total.

• The tire size is not published.
