Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled
The earlier 4WD brushed Torment sold with a 7-cell NiMH pack.
- Horizon's spec table prints a 12T pinion, a 45T Mod 1 spur and a 4.2in (106.9mm) outer tire diameter.
- No diff tooth counts or gear ratio are published, so the ratios are left blank.
- The manual gives the ESC as 6.0 to 8.4V with a LiPo setting, which is a 2S ceiling.
- The motor is a 15T brushed 550, which has no KV rating.
