About Arrma

What it stands for

Arrma's tagline is "Designed Fast, Designed Tough," and its stated philosophy is "Make it fun. Make it fast. Make it tough."10 It says it delivers "high-performance, bash-proof RC vehicles built for drivers who crave action and fun that lasts."10 At launch its design team set a rule: "Don't copy other manufacturer's designs."5

Known for

Its vehicles are widely known for toughness and durability in bashing.12,13 Its Kraton, introduced in 2014 as a 6S speed monster truck, reached a sixth version in 2024.6,9 In 2021 a Limitless roller beat a championship-winning Formula One car in a head-to-head speed contest, hitting 150 mph and covering a quarter mile in 8.6 seconds.8

Product portfolio

Arrma sells bash vehicles, almost all ready to run, from the 1/18 Granite Grom up to the 1/5 Kraton 8S and Outcast 8S. Monster trucks make up the largest share, next to street and all-road cars such as the Infraction, Felony and Limitless, buggies, short course and stadium trucks, desert trucks and truggies. Brushed models run MEGA motors, and the BOOST series is built for beginners to upgrade as they go.11 Brushless BLX models step up from 223S DSC, which runs on 2S or 3S, through 4S and 6S to 8S, with EXB versions for the hardest use. The Limitless V2 comes as a roller without electronics.
