Stock is as the vehicle ships. Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart. The top speed is kinematic: an ideal no-load RPM with no slip and no loss under load, so a real car is slower.
How these numbers were settled
Redcat's launch spec sheet (reproduced by RC Car Action) breaks the driveline out stage by stage: transmission 1.54:1 (20/13), transfer case 1.92:1 (25/13), axle 2.91:1 (32/11), and an overall 22.78:1 with a 43.03-18.84 adjustment range.
- Multiplying the three stages gives the ratio after the spur directly: (20/13) x (25/13) x (32/11) = 16000/1859 = 8.6068, recorded as 8.61.
- That solves the pinion, which Redcat does not print: 22.78 / 8.6068 = 2.6467 = 45/17, and the 45T spur is independently confirmed by Redcat's parts page for RER11358, whose fitment list names WENDIGO and WENDIGO KIT.
- Stock is therefore 17T on 45T: 45/17 x 8.6068 = 22.784, matching the published 22.78 to better than a tenth of a percent.
- Solid axles, not portals, so all of the 8.61 sits in the gearbox and diffs and there is no portal reduction.
- The motor is a Hobbywing 540 3300kv brushless on a 10BL60 (2-3S 60A), so KV applies and the cell count is 3.
- The tire diameter is the one gap: Redcat only says 'Interco Super Swamper 2.2 inch' and never gives a millimetre figure, and none is estimated.
- The stock tire is RER12686 (IROK 2.2, per the manual p.50); Redcat's page for it is gone, and its roughly 140mm outer diameter comes from a dealer's parts listing, so treat it as approximate.
