How these numbers were settled
A reissue of the 2014 Scorpion buggy, released in September 2023 and since discontinued.
- Kyosho's Technical Data gives two gear ratios, an H setting of 6.9:1 and an L setting of 8.3:1, with both gear sets in the kit and neither marked as fitted, so the overall ratio is left blank.
- The rear tire measures 85 by 41mm, while the front is 75 by 20mm, and the weight is about 985 grams without the radio system and battery.
- These are the same tire and gear figures as the Tomahawk, released the same month, though Kyosho lists it under its own body and chassis name.
- The gearbox and oil shocks come pre-assembled, and the 540-class motor, speed controller and battery are sold separately.
