Stock is as the vehicle ships. Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart. Derived is worked out from gear tooth counts the maker publishes rather than printed as a ratio; the notes below say how. The top speed is kinematic: an ideal no-load RPM with no slip and no loss under load, so a real car is slower.

| Fitted at the factory | ||||
| Pinion | 32T | Not published | Not published | Not published |
| Spur | 68T | Not published | Not applicable | FA556-68 (opens in a new tab) |
Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft (3.175 mm on the stock motor). Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.
How these numbers were settled
The brushless FZ02: a TORX 10E 4000KV motor and BRAINZ 10 60A ESC replace the brushed G14L, on the same 6.54:1 gearing.
- Kyosho's Technical Data gives 'Gear Ratio 6.54:1' and 'Tires (F/R) φ64×27.7mm'; the product page names a 32T pinion and 68T spur as standard, with 29T to 37T pinions usable.
- The ratio after the spur works out at 6.54 x 32 / 68 = 3.08.
- Kyosho's TORX 10E page (70615) gives 4000KV and a 3.175mm shaft.
- The BRAINZ 10 ESC (82249) is rated for 2S to 3S LiPo, which is the cell count shown here, although the manual's battery page lists a 2S (7.4V) LiPo or 7.2V NiMH pack for this car.
- The manual's motor drawing marks the fitted 32T pinion as not sold on its own, with PNGS4832 or PNGA4832 (32T, 48P) as replacements.
- Kyosho quotes 65 km/h (about 40 mph), a little above the roughly 62 km/h that 4000KV on a fully charged 2S pack gives in theory with this ratio and tire.
- The long-wheelbase FZ02L VE (34494T1, and the 34492T1C Charger) lists the same ratio, tire and motor, with the BRAINZ 10 V2 ESC (82253, also 2S to 3S), so it is covered here.

Every figure on this page traces to one of these. Where they disagreed, the note above says which was used and why.
