Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.
How these numbers were settled
The manual fits a 14T motor gear (89311) to the 45T center spur (85204), and its default setup sheet repeats 14T and 45T.
- Hobao's product page prints the 45T MOD 1 spur and a 10T pinion on a 46T crown gear in each diff, 4.6:1.
- The 14.79:1 total is worked out from those tooth counts; Hobao prints no overall ratio.
- Hobao lists 13T/43T and 15T/40T diff gear sets as options.
- Hobao publishes no outside diameter for the pin tires (BT-301), so it is left blank.
- The truggy comes without motor, speed control, radio or servo; the 14T motor gear is in the manual's standard parts list.
- The spec sheet on both the ARR and RTR pages gives one weight, 4185g, so no weight is shown for the ARR.
