Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft (1.48 mm on the stock motor).

How these numbers were settled

Element prints the whole gear train on the product page and in the press release: a 12T pinion on a 64T spur (5.33:1), a 40/16 transmission (2.5:1), a 40/17 transfer case (2.35:1) and 24/12 axle ring and pinion gears (2:1), for a 62.6:1 final drive.
