They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled
Brushed MEGA 550 12T motor, so there is no KV.
- The Spektrum 40A brushed 2-in-1 ESC and receiver is rated for 2S LiPo or 6 to 7-cell NiMH.
- The BOOST trucks drive the rear wheels only through the same 37T diff and 13T input gear as the 4X4 trucks.
- Horizon prints Pinion 15T, Spur Gear 91T, Internal Gear Ratio 2.85 and Final Drive 17.29, and 91/15 x 2.85 = 17.29; the standard-parts list confirms the 15T, the 91T and the 37T/13T diff gears.
- Horizon names the tread as dBoots Katar; the 1/10 Katar (ARA-1553) prints an overall diameter of 4.53 in (115mm).
