Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

Released in 2022 and since discontinued, this nitro kit needs its own engine, tuned pipe, radio, servos, fuel equipment, wheels and tires.

• The parts list gives a 48 tooth steel spur gear, a 13 tooth clutch bell, and a differential running a 40 tooth ring gear against a 12 tooth pinion gear.
• Multiplying those together gives a final drive of about 12.3 to 1.
