Stock is as the vehicle ships. Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart. The top speed is kinematic: an ideal no-load RPM with no slip and no loss under load, so a real car is slower. The maker advertises 62 mph, which is their own claim on their own conditions.
Gearing parts
| Component | Teeth | Pitch | Bore | Part number |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fitted at the factory | ||||
| Pinion | 13T | Mod 1 | 5 mm | C-72813 (opens in a new tab) |
| Spur | 52T | Mod 1 | Not applicable | C-00180-607 (opens in a new tab) |
Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft (5 mm on the stock motor). Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.
How these numbers were settled
Corally's product page prints Motor Pinion 13T, Spur Gear 52T, Gear Pitch MOD 1.0, Internal Drive Ratio 3.31 and Overall Drive Ratio 13.23, and Corally's spares list names the 13T pinion C-72813 and the 52T spur C-00180-607.
- The manual's speed gear chart (p. 10) gives 13.23 for 13T on the 52T spur with 130mm tires, but does not mark which pinion is fitted; it also covers the optional 46T spur (11.70 with 13T).
- The tire is 130mm on both the product page (Tire Dia. 130mm) and the manual chart ('Tyres Ø130mm').
- Corally's page calls the scale XL 6S; the car sits in Team Corally USA's 1/8 scale range and is described as 15% bigger than an average 1/8 buggy.
- The advertised 100 km/h (62 mph) is more than the 59.5 mph this gearing allows on 6S at 4.2V per cell, so the claim does not confirm the ratio.
- The Torox 185 ESC is rated 3-6S and the Kuron 825 motor is 2050KV.
- Length, height, wheelbase and battery bay differ between Corally's page and Team Corally USA, so they are left blank.
- The roller version is C-00488.
