How these numbers were settled

4WD race kit sold in Mod spec (K222, slipper and front brake unit) and Dirt spec (K223, three diffs); both share the CAT PB manual and its gear chart.

• The manual prints the gear ratio as 2.50:1, and its chart reconciles with spur over pinion times 2.50 (83/16 gives 12.96).
• The stock spur is left blank because Schumacher's sources disagree: the current product pages say an 80T spur, while the manual's spares list and the Mod kit set-up sheet give 83T.
• Motor, pinion, speed controller and tyres are on the list of items to buy.
