Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled
Electric 1/8 buggy kit; motor, speed controller, battery, tires and wheels are not included, so KV and cell rating do not apply.
- Bag H (EV) supplies a 16T pinion (M175T16), the center diff carries a 46T spur (M096) with 45T and 47T as options, and each end uses a 43T bevel gear with a 13T pinion. 43/13 = 3.3077 after the spur, and 46/16 x 3.3077 = 9.51 is worked out, not printed.
