What it stands for

MST describes the RMX 4 GT as a "high-end RWD competition drift chassis" built on a "lightweight concept, focusing on quick adjustments and easy maintenance."6 It says it engineered the RMX 4 S PRO "from the ground up for maximum RWD drifting performance."5 Its first chassis, the MST-01D, was meant to be a "simplified lightweight chassis" for "a variety drift RC environments."1

Known for

MST is known as a specialist in drift cars, and a long wait between its drift chassis is unusual.2,4 Its first 1/10 electric drift car, the MST-01D of 2011, was a belt-driven 4WD chassis with a mid-mounted motor for 50-50 weight distribution.1

Product portfolio

MST makes 1/10 scale electric cars, and nearly all of them are drift cars. The RMX family covers rear-wheel-drive kits (RMX 2.0 S, RMX 2.5 RS) and ready-to-run cars (RMX 2.5 in brushed and brushless versions, RMX-M and RMX 4). Four-wheel-drive drift chassis such as the XXX-D, FXX-D, FSX-D and MS-01D come as kits, several in VIP versions. The TCR-FF, a ready-to-run touring car, sits outside the drift range.
