Specs

The Kraton 6S EXB Roller is a 1/8 four-wheel-drive monster truck roller from Arrma, sold without a motor, speed control, servo or radio.

It carries a 50T spur on 169 mm tires, with 1.0 module gears and 17 mm wheel hexes. The truck is 594 mm long on a 377 mm wheelbase, with room for a pack up to 180 mm long. You supply the pinion and motor, so the final drive depends on those choices. Pick a pinion that suits the motor and the pack you plan to run.

How to read these figures
  • Stock is as the vehicle ships.
  • Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart.
  • Not applicable means the vehicle does not come with it, like the motor on a roller or the tires on a race kit, or does not have one, like a KV rating on a brushed motor.

About teeth, pitch and bore
  • Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above.
  • Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close.
  • Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

A roller sold without a motor, ESC, servo or radio, so there is no pinion, final drive, Kv or cell rating to publish.

  • ARRMA's exact-SKU archived showcase prints a 50T fitted spur, Mod 1 pitch and a 4.3 internal gear ratio.
  • The tire is the dBoots Copperhead2 MT 3.8 pre-mounted set, a standard part of this SKU on Horizon, and its own page prints an Overall diameter of 6.5 in (169mm).
  • The 50T spur is ARA310978, also a standard part of this SKU.
  • Horizon prints Top Speed 60+, which depends on the motor and pack fitted, so it is not recorded.
  • Big Squid RC announced this roller in July 2020.
