Background

The Dirt Late Model 2.0 combines independent front suspension with a solid rear axle located by radius rods and a Panhard bar. The revision adds a plastic front bumper and flanged front wheel bearings. Hoosier-pattern tires on chrome wheels sit beneath the close-wheel body, and the clear version requires painting. A supplied brushless motor, radio, steering servo, rechargeable NiMH battery and charger complete the ready-to-run package. Paint is required for the clear body. 1RC Racing (opens in a new tab)

Independent front suspension and a solid rear axle give the model different front and rear service assemblies. Identify the axle end and exact suspension version before copying a setup from another body in the range. Source details (opens in a new tab)

A solid rear axle carries the rear wheels together, with the suspension locating that axle as an assembly. Check link and driveshaft clearance through the suspension travel when changing axle position or ride height. Source details (opens in a new tab)

The axle suspension uses four links to locate it beneath the chassis. Link length and mounting position set axle location, so preserve their front and rear positions when rebuilding the suspension or changing the body installation. Source details (opens in a new tab)

This package reproduces an oval-racing body and suspension layout at small scale. The tyre specification belongs to its dirt or asphalt class, so matching the surface and class rules comes before changing power equipment. Keep the exact revision beside the parts list when comparing similarly named 1RC models. Source details (opens in a new tab)

The rear suspension uses a solid axle with scale-style locating hardware. Those axle and link settings work together, so record the baseline rather than changing several mounting positions at once. A tyre or body conversion does not by itself establish that every suspension component is shared. Source details (opens in a new tab)
