Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. Linked part numbers go to the maker's or official distributor's page for that part.
How these numbers were settled
The manual fits a 16T 0.5 mod pinion (21532, p. 15) meshing with a 58T spur (p. 16), and Associated's 1:14 Drive Gear Set (21527) lists the 58T spur as the one used in the RTR.
- Associated prints a 2.46:1 transmission ratio, which matches the 37T ring gear and 15T pinion in each diff (21563), for an 8.918:1 final drive, the same gearing as the Reflex 14B and 14T.
- The Reedy motor is rated 4500kV and the Reedy SC300-BL ESC is rated for 2S LiPo.
- Associated does not publish the diameter of the 14MT tires (21620), so the tire size is left blank.
- The product page prints a 312mm length and the press release 492.4mm, so the length is left blank.
- The blue and purple 14MT (20190) is the same truck in another colour.
