Background
This Scania R6206x 4 Highline edition supplies the cab and other body pieces pre-painted in Racing Blue with a clear topcoat. It belongs to Tamiya's 1/14 tractor range and keeps the longer three-axle layout of the R620. The paint treatment distinguishes this kit from the unpainted 56323 version. The ladder frame has 237mm and 103mm axle spacings, with a 540 motor and a remotely shifted three-speed gearbox. Tamiya publishes 32.49:1,17.76:1 and 10.66:1 overall reductions and 83mm tires. Its two driven rear axles and 520mm overall length should be kept separate from the shorter R470 specification. Manufacturer model reference (opens in a new tab).
Choose the steering, shift and accessory controls before completing the cab installation. Painted parts and markings need to be checked against this edition, while chassis work should follow the manufacturer-linked instructions. Extra motor power does not remove the need for a freely turning drivetrain and correctly adjusted shift travel. Manufacturer model reference (opens in a new tab).
