Specs

The Maverick QByte XB Pro is a 1/12 four-wheel-drive buggy sold ready to run with a 4700KV brushless motor and MSC-6016-BL speed control.

Its 10T pinion drives a 38T spur, and the speed control accepts LiPo packs up to 3S through an XT60 connector. Independent double wishbone suspension uses threaded aluminum oil shocks on a composite tub chassis. Supply your own battery and charger for the Pro. Enter the tire diameter and complete transmission reduction before estimating top speed.

About teeth, pitch and bore
  • Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above.
  • Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close.
  • Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

The stock parts list for 151403 identifies a 10T pinion and 38T spur.

  • The MSC-6016-BL speed control is rated for 2-3S LiPo.
  • The transmission and axle ratio, final drive and tire outside diameter remain blank pending an exact technical guide or measurement specification.
  • The Pro is supplied without a battery or charger.
