Background
The Mini-T Pro was the race-oriented, almost-ready-to-run member of the original Mini-T family. It kept the compact 1/18 chassis while supplying a Speed motor, ball differential, double-disc slipper and MIP CVD driveshafts. Titanium steering and camber links, ball bearings and aluminum oil-filled shocks made it a more developed starting point than the original RTR. Factory product archive (opens in a new tab)

LOSB0210 was supplied preassembled with a clear body, but the owner chose the radio, steering servo, ESC, battery and charger. Its operations guide also calls for filling the shocks before use and gives period servo-specific mounting instructions. The included motor therefore belongs to the Pro package, while a modern radio or brushless system found in a used example may be a later installation. Mini-T Pro manual (opens in a new tab)
Battery placement is part of its setup range: the guide describes forward and rear positions that change steering, traction and jumping balance. Differential and slipper adjustment matter as much as motor choice on this small chassis. Follow the Pro manual's ball-differential instructions and identify the fitted transmission before using service directions written for the basic RTR. Build and setup
Factory setup guide for this configuration.
The Mini-T Pro needs a complete electronics installation, so center the chosen servo before fitting its saver and linkage. Match the horn to the servo and check that the steering moves freely. The battery can sit in either the forward or rearward position: moving it forward adds steering response, while the rearward position is the more stable starting point described by the factory guide. This advice is for LOSB0210, not a Mini-T 2.0 RTR.[1] Mini-T Pro factory setup and maintenance instructions (opens in a new tab)
Adjust the ball differential before setting the slipper, and do not let the differential slip between its drive rings. The slipper then provides the controlled slip for sudden drivetrain loads. If the suspension is inconsistent, refill the original racing shocks with the factory 20wt starting point and bleed them slowly. Check their full movement before experimenting with another fluid or spring.[1] Mini-T Pro factory setup and maintenance instructions (opens in a new tab)
