Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

Horizon's spec table prints a 10T pinion, an 8.32 final drive and a 1.38in (35.1mm) outer tire diameter; the spur and the after-spur ratio are not published.

• The motor is an 0820 brushed, which has no KV rating.
• The spec table lists a 7.4V 200mAh LiPo while the shared Micro Roost and Micro Ruckus manual lists a one cell 200mAh LiPo, so the cell count is left blank.
