What it stands for

CEN says its owners since 2015 are focused on "taking CEN Racing to the next level by enhancing the quality and bringing even more innovative technology to the industry."1 It adds that "CEN is always working towards improving our products and coming out with new exciting and innovative products," and invites owners to send their comments and product ideas.1

Known for

Its Ford F-450 dually of 2020 brought a factory-built on-road scale truck at a time when RC duallys were usually custom made.3 The truck drew aftermarket support, with lift kits, grilles and axle housings for it from makers such as H-Tech Custom Products, Powershift RC and Racers Edge.8,9,10 Earlier, pro driver Andrew Smolnik won and took TQs with its Matrix buggy.2

Product portfolio

Everything in the range comes ready to run, and much of it wears licensed Ford bodies. In 1/10 scale come the Reeper SC brushless short course truck, the brushed MS-RT Ford Ranger street truck and the Ford F-250 SD KG1 Edition lifted truck, a four-wheel version of the DL Series platform.7 The 1/8 M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1 is a brushless rally car, and the Colossus XT is a brushless mega monster truck.

  1. 2006The Matrix, a 1/8 buggy built to race, after the Genesis monster truck turned heads.2
  2. 2014The owner and founder dies, and the brand carries on.1
