How to read these figures
- Stock is as the vehicle ships.
- Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart.
- Single report uses one outside source. It is useful as a starting figure, with the source and calculation described in the note.
- Not published means it exists but no source we could find prints it.
Build and setup
Factory setup guide for this configuration.
Use the 124007 radio controls to establish a manageable first run before replacing the power system. The factory instructions identify TH.D/R as the speed adjustment and ST.TRIM as steering trim. They start with the transmitter on, a light throttle and steering check with the car supported, then a low-speed straight-line check on the ground. Reduce the throttle adjustment while learning the car and use steering trim for a small straight-running correction.[1] 124007 Brushless 4WD Buggy factory setup and maintenance manual (opens in a new tab)
After a dirty run, disconnect and remove the battery before cleaning. The 124007 maintenance page calls for removing sand and mud, drying the car and protecting exposed metal from rust, with the battery stored separately. Attend to dirt and moisture before changing parts to address a rough or noisy drivetrain.[1] 124007 Brushless 4WD Buggy factory setup and maintenance manual (opens in a new tab)
