Tekno RC ET410

Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft.

How these numbers were settled

Released in 2018, this bare kit ships without a motor, speed control, radio, servo, wheels or tires.

• The parts list names a 53 tooth, 32 pitch spur gear, and the differential runs a 40 tooth ring gear against a 10 tooth pinion gear, a ratio of 4 to 1 after the spur.
• Tekno's suggested motor pinion sizes range from 16 to 19 teeth depending on motor and track, with no single size marked as stock.
• Tekno has since replaced it with the ET410.2.
