Background
The M-05 Ver.II PRO followed in June 2014 with a revised chassis and motor mount, rather than simply another body for the original M-05. Its reshaped monocoque accepts square-section batteries and low-profile servos, while the aluminum motor plate moves the motor closer to the center of the car. One-piece suspension arms add rebound-stop adjustment. The kit also includes CVA Super Mini oil dampers, bearings, aluminum steering posts, an aluminum turnbuckle steering link and an aluminum servo mount. Its 210mm, 225mm and 239mm wheelbase settings support different M-chassis bodies, but the body, motor, tires and electronics are selected separately. Factory model reference (opens in a new tab).
The factory issued a steering-assembly correction for this kit in June 2014. If the steering wiper binds, follow that supplemental shim arrangement before changing servo settings or fitting more steering parts. Establish free movement, then use rebound, spring and tire changes to tune the car for the track. Factory model reference (opens in a new tab). Factory steering correction (opens in a new tab).

How to read these figures
- Stock is as the vehicle ships.
- Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart.
- Not applicable means the vehicle does not come with it, like the motor on a roller or the tires on a race kit.
- Not published means it exists but no source we could find prints it.
