Pro-Line PRO-MT 4x4 Pre-Built Roller

Gearing parts

Tooth counts are the ones in the specifications above. Pitch is given as metric module (Mod 1, Mod 0.8) or diametral pitch (32P, 48P). They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled

Pro-Line's user manual (p.13) states 'The Internal Gear Ratio of the PRO-MT 4x4 is 4:1 and the included Mod 1 Spur Gear is 44T', and that 'A 16T Mod 1 Pinion Gear is included'.

• The total is 44/16 x 4 = 11.0, which sits inside the manual's gear chart range of 12.6 (14T) to 8.4 (21T).
• The roller ships without motor, ESC or radio, so KV and cell rating do not apply; the manual suggests motors around 1900kV on 4S.
• Stock tires are Badlands MX28 2.8 on F-11 17mm wheels (10125-18).
• HobbyTown lists that tire at 'Height: 5.05" (128mm)'; Pro-Line prints no diameter, so it shows as estimated.
