The top speed is kinematic: an ideal no-load RPM with no slip and no loss under load, so a real car is slower. The maker advertises 70 mph, which is their own claim on their own conditions.
How these numbers were settled
Stock gearing.
- Arrma's own footnote on this product reads 'Speed achievable in optimum conditions on 6S LiPo with optional pinion gear', so the 70+ mph claim is excluded from the physics check: stock 13T gearing computes to about 53 mph. 50/13 x 4.3 = 16.538 against the printed 16.54.
- Tire diameter is the Outer Diameter published on Arrma's own spec sheet for the vehicle.
