Manufacturer-documented component or mechanical configuration; no independent physical test or measured performance is claimed.
Installation notes
- The physical unpainted kit is sold by AMain as KNI107. The manufacturer digital file set is a different purchase and requires printing and finishing.
- Required hardware: six M2x5 mm screws, two M3x5 mm screws, two M3x10 mm screws, two 6 mm spacers, non-fog instant glue, 1 mm wire and a 5 x 30 mm Velcro strip. Retain the factory body/cage screws.
- For the long-wheelbase route, use the included optional rear body. The manual says it bolts to the cage with stock screws and requires no cage cutting. Retain the existing rear links and driveshaft.
- For the short-wheelbase route, use the included cutting template, cut the indicated rear cage section, then remove the template and the lower cage cross brace before fitting the rear fuel-tank mount.
- Use four M2x5 mm screws for the rear fuel-tank mount and glue the tank in place. Mount the rear body with retained lower cross-brace screws, then pre-drill 2.5 mm and add an M3x5 mm screw at each side.
- Fit the front grille/radiator with non-fog glue, retained top screws and two M3x10 mm lower screws. Assemble the engine before installing it with stock screws; glue the headers only after the engine is in the cage.
- Cut the 1 mm hinge wire into two 30 mm pins. Add the 5 x 30 mm Velcro strip between hood and radiator, and refit the doors to the stock battery doors using their original screws.
- For SWB, use IRC00189 with the factory rod ends. The manual recommends 109.5 mm upper and 117 mm lower assembled rear links and describes a target wheelbase of 327 mm from 336.6 mm. The product page describes approximately 15 mm link/wheelbase shortening; verify finished axle position.
- Replace the rear 43 mm driveshaft outer half with the 30 mm part from the H10 parts tree. Check telescope engagement and full compression clearance before running. Do not interpret body fit as proof of all tire and suspension clearances.
- The optional lighting uses two 5 mm white and two 3 mm orange LEDs. Their power supply, resistors and electrical wiring are not documented by this mechanical recipe.
- This recipe covers the original 1.9-inch H10 Optic architecture. H10 Origin and the later brushless Sparco tire/cage-clearance configuration are not extended by this record.
- The manufacturer warns that PLA parts can warp when left stationary in direct sunlight. No independent installed weight, driving benefit or durability test is claimed.

- The long-wheelbase body needs no cage cut; the short version needs permanent cuts, different rear links and a 30mm driveshaft outer half. Lighting electrics are separate.
