Upgrade notes
- Requires 5033: 40wt silicone shock oil, 60cc bottle.
- 40wt silicone shock oil recommended by the kit instruction; sold separately, quantity of bottles depends on fill and existing supply.
Traxxas lists this package for the stated vehicle configuration. Check previously fitted upgrades and modifications before ordering.
Installation notes
- Use the complete 7895 package: front and rear suspension arms, front toe links, driveshafts and shock springs are matched for the wider layout.
- Fit the included blue-stripe springs to all four shocks. Traxxas recommends 40wt silicone shock oil 5033, sold separately, in place of the original 30wt oil.
- Bleed the shocks and adjust preload equally across each axle until the driveshafts sit level. Check steering and suspension clearance throughout their travel.
- Check whether a used truck has already been widened. The wider stance changes trail, accessory, transport and storage clearance.
