How to read these figures
- Stock is as the vehicle ships.
- Maker parts list is a dimension printed for a part on this exact model's maker parts list. It does not establish the assembled pivot-to-pivot length or fit on another variant.
- Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart.
- Not published means it exists but no source we could find prints it.
Build and setup
Factory setup guide for this configuration.
Plan a F150 Pro radio change around the two-speed gearbox, transfer-case shift and separate front and rear axle locks. The factory guide assigns those mechanisms individual controls and shows the engaged positions. Use a three-position switch for the transfer case, then set each shift servo's endpoints against the pictured linkage so it reaches the mechanism without pushing continuously against the stop.[1] Cragsman F150 Pro factory setup manual (opens in a new tab)
Use low gear for ordinary F150 Pro trail work and reserve high gear for suitable open sections. The manual warns that extended high-gear running can overheat the motor or controller. Compare motor temperature on the same route after a gearing or tire change, and inspect cooling and drivetrain movement if heat rises.[1] Cragsman F150 Pro factory setup manual (opens in a new tab)

Keep the differentials open when their easier steering is useful, then select the lock needed for wheel slip or an obstacle. Release throttle before engaging a lock if the wheels are spinning at substantially different speeds. After a servo change, check the actual lock and release action as well as the radio indication.[1] Cragsman F150 Pro factory setup manual (opens in a new tab)
