They are different standards and are not interchangeable, even where the numbers look close. Bore is the pinion’s hole, listed separately from the motor shaft. How these numbers were settled

Nitro 1/10 stadium truck with the Nitro Star G3.0 engine.

The manual's parts list (p. 38) and HPI's standard parts list both name a 13T clutch bell (101037), a 54T spur (101207) and a 40T/13T diff bevel pair (101215, 101216), so the ratio after the spur is 3.08 and the total is 54/13 x 40/13 = 12.78:1.
HPI gives only the tires' 3.2in (81mm) inner diameter, not the outer diameter, so the tire size is left blank.
The Bullet MT 3.0 (110661) shares the gearing, engine and 81mm wheels, with tires of unpublished size, so it is not listed separately.
