Installation notes
- Use six 5x10x4 mm bearings: two at the top shaft, two at the idler and two at the running gear. 91560 contains four bearings, so buy two packs; two bearings remain spare.
- Use two 10x15x4 mm bearings at the one-piece output. 91563 contains four, so one pack is sufficient; two remain spare. Do not count optional bearing callouts as bearings already installed in the stock SE.
- Retain the 42320 one-piece outdrive, 42316 gears, 42319 top shaft, 42315 case, slipper, motor and pinion. Clean and grease serviceable gears, seat bearings fully and check for free rotation before closing the case.
- This does not add split front/rear output gears or eliminate the slipper. Axle, steering and IFS bearings are outside this eight-bearing transmission bill.
