Metal open center differential conversion

Installation notes

• ARA311118 is one complete factory-assembled center differential with aluminum case, steel end cap, 50T steel spur, gears, outdrives, bearings and 200,000cSt oil. Buy one sold unit; do not add a separate case or internal-gear kit for the same replacement.
• The original Mojave EXB roller center is ARA310991, identified in its original manual. The OEM 29mm diagram shows that assembly as the 50T, 100K LSD center. The ARA311118 internal drawing shows ordinary open differential gears and cross-shaft supports without the friction plate stacks.
• This route intentionally removes center LSD action and changes the oil fill from the original 100,000cSt reference to the supplied 200,000cSt. It does not preserve LSD function and does not establish improved handling.
• Retain the existing compatible center mount, cover, center driveshafts, motor and 50T-compatible motor pinion, as well as sound mounting screws and hardware. Inspect mesh, shaft engagement and free movement after installation.
• Motor, ESC, receiver, battery limits, axle differentials, axles and wheels remain at their existing specification. The replacement does not authorize a higher-voltage power system.
• This is the OEM complete assembly route for the original ARA7204 roller. The evidence does not extend the 31mm-style ARA311118 assembly to later 29mm-only center mounts.
