Original Firma 150A Smart ESC in the retained ARRMA6SV5 edition linked by ARA8608V5, ARA8611V5 ARA7604V2 and ARA8606V5. Firmware and later editions are outside this record.

Before starting

  • Confirm that the vehicle still has the controller covered by this exact manual edition.
  • Raise the wheels clear of the ground when checking the radio equipment. Use a fully charged compatible LiPo battery.

Calibration sequence

  1. With the ESC off, connect the batteries and switch on the transmitter.
  2. Hold the SET button while switching on the ESC. Release SET when the red ESC LED starts flashing.
  3. Leave the trigger at neutral and press SET. Confirm one green flash.
  4. Hold full forward throttle and press SET. Confirm two green flashes.
  5. Hold full brake and press SET. Confirm three green flashes.
  6. Switch off the ESC to finish the setup.

Final checks

  • Return the trigger to neutral before switching on for use.
