Traxxas lists this package for the stated vehicle configuration. Check previously fitted upgrades and modifications before ordering.
Installation notes
- Use 2255 with the 2262 high-power BEC and a compatible 8247X metal steering horn where those supporting parts are not already installed.
- The 2262 package includes receiver-box mounting/sealing parts and accepts at most 12.6V/3S input. Match the installed receiver box and follow its wiring instructions; pack voltage must not be fed directly into a receiver port.
- Center the servo electrically, set the horn and linkage neutral and adjust endpoints to prevent binding. This replaces the main steering servo, not a small shift or differential-lock servo.
- Retain the vehicle motor, ESC and battery limits.
