Installation notes

  • Use the complete 7421 package with its chassis supports, battery retention, receiver mounting and hardware. Transfer the front/rear modules, motor, steering and the other parts identified in the instructions.
  • Match the center driveline and steering arrangement to the installation drawing. Check the installed center assembly, body mounts and existing modifications before disassembly.
  • This is a Slash 4X4 conversion. The 2WD 5830 kit uses a different chassis arrangement.
  • The lower chassis changes ground clearance and packaging; choose it for the intended surface and setup.
