Upgrade notes

  • Requires C-3002-30-16: M3x16 flathead screws, ten-pack.
  • Two screws are required. If separate hardware is needed, one sold ten-pack supplies them.
  • Requires C-3101-30-6: M3 Nylstop nuts, ten-pack.
  • Two nuts are required. If separate hardware is needed, one sold ten-pack supplies them.

Installation notes

  • Fit one C-00180-831 steering-rack stiffener with two C-3002-30-16 screws and two C-3101-30-6 nuts.
  • Check the kit contents and installed hardware first. If separate fasteners are needed, one sold ten-piece pack of each type covers the two required pieces.
  • Reassemble the rack and check free steering movement before setting servo endpoints. Use the exact listed hardware and the specified vehicle version.
