Bind and calibrate the original DSC radio system
Original SLT2 DSC transmitter and 2-in-1 receiver/ESC covered by this exact vehicle manual. Binding includes throttle, brake and both steering endpoints.
Before starting
- Use a fully charged vehicle battery. Keep the transmitter off until the sequence asks you to switch it on.Source, PDF p. 20 (opens in a new tab)
Steps
- Connect the fully charged battery pack to the ESC.Source, PDF p. 20 (opens in a new tab)
- Hold the Bind button on the receiver/ESC, then press its power button. Release Bind when the red LED flashes.Source, PDF p. 20 (opens in a new tab)
- Switch on the transmitter. The receiver/ESC LED changes to blue.Source, PDF p. 20 (opens in a new tab)
- Hold full throttle on the transmitter until the blue receiver/ESC LED flashes once.Source, PDF p. 20 (opens in a new tab)
