This replaces the slipper clutch's spur gear and associated input hardware with a matched metal-gear package. It is useful when renewing that part of the drivetrain, keeping gear pitch and slipper adjustment consistent with the parts fitted.

Installation notes

  • One package contains an assembled 57T Mod 0.8 metal-spur slipper, one 13T input pinion and installation hardware. It is a slipper/input package, not the complete ARA210007 differential upgrade.
  • Match the motor pinion and spur pitch at Mod 0.8. A 48-pitch MEGA gear is not interchangeable simply because the tooth count looks similar.
  • The contents list one input pinion. Do not count this package alone as replacing both axle input gears.
  • Set the slipper, check gear mesh and inspect bearings during installation. Reuse only compatible serviceable mounting parts.
  • Using parts shared with 4S vehicles does not raise this model or its electronics to a 4S rating.
